In race season 2006 Craig Austin accomplished the
following:

He became Division I IHRA No-Box Summit Super
Series East Coast Champion.
·
He raced the Summit Super Series World Finals in
Rockingham, N.C. finishing second out of 26,000 competitors, being the
only car in competition with no Trans-brake or two-step.
·
He
found himself in the Winner’s Circle at several tracks throughout the race
season winning more than 20 times.
·
Craig won the Division 1 Summit Super Series
for Richmond Dragway.
·
Craig held the position of #1 in the track points
series at Richmond Dragway the entire race season but found himself in a
run-off which finished him second in the track points
series.
·
He also held first at Virginia Motorsports Park for
the better part of the race season but finished third in the point’s
series due to motor problems.
